2. We aim to cultivate a network of like-minded companies that provide work experience and permanent job opportunities, effectively bridging the gap between military service and a successful civilian career.
3. Leveraging our networking and funding expertise, we actively seek out financial opportunities to support training and qualification initiatives, alleviating the financial burden of retraining for our colleagues entering the construction and renewable energy sectors.
